The mission of this Non-Governmental Culture Organization (NGCO) is to promote the beautiful cultural heritage of the rich Ijaw ethnic group date back to (1951), using culture to change the perception of Ijaws, promoting all cultures of the Ijaw ethnic groups at large, carrying out community development programs and Educating the public on the culture and ethics of the Ijaw people.

This organization shall focus on the Ijaw cultural heritage in the Niger delta, not for political interest, as it is not a political organization neither an affiliate to any, we shall not instigate cultural conflicts and superiority. Rather this organization will only focus on the promotion of Ijaw culture amongst all other cultures in the Niger delta region, to enable us achieve a desired goal within a short period, as others will also be considered when the organization has the full capacity to promote all cultural heritage in the Niger Delta region.
