OUR OBJECTIVES
- This organization shall promote the cultural heritage of the Ijaw people to the world.
- The organization will use culture to Promote peace and justice within the Ijaw region, Niger delta and Nigeria.
- The organization will engage in Using different means to promote the Ijaw culture to the world, through the means of Television, radio, social media platforms, international platform and others as it may be.
- We shall engage in organizing a periodic Ijaw cultural festival on yearly basis, locally and internationally.
- Developing and inculcating the Ijaw culture in all the Ijaw communities.
- The organization shall be responsible in organizing Ijaw cultural competitions, e.g. wrestling, cooking, dancing, eating, fishing, dancing, dressing, display/sale of agricultural products and more.
- This organization shall affiliate with all Ijaw bodies/organizations and other interested organizations, and persons to promote the Ijaw culture.
- Organize Ijaw award nights, most beautiful man and woman in Ijaw (face of Ijaw), using various cultural parameters.
- The organization will carry out different charity programs, (empowerment, human capacity building, community development services), within the Ijaw region, Niger delta regions and Nigeria.
- Periodic visits to prominent Ijaw activists.
- Involve all Ijaw states and speaking communities to be part of the vision.
- The organization shall Host Different Educational Programs by using culture to solve educational problems.
- Organize cultural trade fair, to promote ijaw occupational products, cultural art works, cultural wears and many more.
