The mission of this Non-Governmental Cultural Organization (NGCO), is to promote the beautiful cultural heritage of the rich Ijaw ethnic group date back to (1951), using culture to change the perception of Ijaws, promoting all cultures of the Ijaw ethnic groups at large, carrying out community development programs and educating the public on the culture and ethics of the Ijaw people. In all, making the world know Niger Delta culture (ijaw), has one of the best cultures in Africa
